Ingredients & method
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Lime juice
- 10ml Passionfruit syrup
- 30ml Orgeat (almond syrup)
- 45ml Waiheke Dry Gin
- 15ml Spirit of Waiheke Gin
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cold to the touch and visibly frosty. Strain into a large rocks glass over crushed or pebble ice. Garnish with a lemon slice, lime slice, flowers anything fun and tropical!
