A limited edition, barrel-aged gin born from one of New Zealand’s most iconic wine barrels.
Aged in French oak that previously held Stonyridge Larose — a wine shaped by time, structure, and restraint — this gin carries the quiet imprint of its past.
At 52%, it is powerful yet composed.
Aromas of juniper and citrus blossom give way to layers of vanilla, spice, and subtle vinous depth.
This is not a flavoured gin.
It is a conversation between the art of wine and the art of distillation.
Crafted on Waiheke Island in collaboration with Stonyridge.

Rich oak, vanilla, warming spice and bright juniper.
Palate.
Velvety and complex, with honeyed citrus, subtle botanicals and toasted oak.
Finish.
Long, smooth and warming, with lingering spice and a refined oak finish.
