About.

Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with Red Ruby Cherry Gin, a limited custom-labelled release from Waiheke Distilling Co. inspired by celebration, togetherness and the season’s full moon.

The jewel in our gin collection, Red Ruby is a distinctive New Zealand cherry gin, handcrafted on Waiheke Island. Ripe New Zealand cherries are infused into our otherwise dry gin, bringing natural fruit sweetness and a deep ruby hue while retaining the botanical structure and balance of a classic gin.

Smooth and beautifully rounded, the palate combines ripe cherry, orange and warming cinnamon spice, finishing with a delicate sweetness.

Serve with Fever-Tree Blood Orange Soda for something light and refreshing, pair with aromatic tonic or your favourite citrus soda, or simply pour over ice and sip slowly.

Beautifully presented in its custom Mid-Autumn Festival label, Red Ruby makes a memorable gin gift for celebrations, gatherings and sharing around the table.

Tasting notes: Cherry · Orange · Cinnamon · Warming spice
